Because of a re-indexing issue ( the index.php in the avatar folder doesn't match the
database), you'll have to re-upload your avatars...my apologies.

I can't get an avatar to load at all. It keeps timing out. I feel kind of anonymous without one.

Thanks Jeff but it seems that i was trying to use a file that was too big. I made it smaller and it seems to have worked......sigh.....always trying to compensate for something :-[.
